S.A.M. members will be considered for Life Membership after they contribute $1,000 (US Funds) or more to the S.A.M. Magic Endowment Fund. Contributions may be made as a single payment, or by using an installment plan.
Life members receive a Certificate, Jewel, Lapel Pin and a permanent membership card.
Donations to the S.A.M. Magic Endowment Fund are deductible as a charitable cause.
The application contains the information needed by us to process your donation. Please complete the form and it will be forwarded to me. I will contact you regarding payment etc.
